I went to the mall. Yes, I know a bunch of you guys would avoid it during this time of year. The lack of parking spaces, the crowds, and the long check out lines isn’t very appealing. I went because I had a coupon for free glitter eyeliner. To most it isn’t worth it, but I didn’t have any plans.
I got my eyeliner and I’m just walking around the mall taking pictures of Christmas decor. A lot of last-minute shoppers and little kids running around. I took a breath and looked up. Pretty snowflakes on the ceiling, how come I never noticed it before? I snapped some pictures and a few people slowed down and looked up too.
Sometimes we need to take a step back and enjoy the view.

Memorial, but the ceiling is actually a lot lighter. I enhanced the colors in the photo, so that the snowflakes would be more visible.
