I finally remember to take a picture of the dinner I made! This was an experiment and it came out better than I expected. I took a Coxinha recipe I learned couples years back and revamped it. I play around with this recipe a lot and recently thought, “hey why not try to make it into dumplings!” Since the interior is mostly cheese what better way than to eat it with tomato sauce.

I need to work on folding the form. My mother never made dumplings, so she didn’t know how to fold them. I tried to fold them like wonton, but I haven’t done that in a very very long time. Yeah they look ugly, need to ask Mom to remind me how it was done.
